Financial Policy

All services at Dakota Radiology are to be paid in full at the time of treatment. Payment for these services may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

As of 3/15/2007, we participate with the following Healthcare Plans and Provider Networks. This list is subject to change. Please verify your Plan's benefits and pre-authorization requirements for services at Dakota Radiology prior to scheduling an appointment.

As a courtesy to you, we will file your claims to your Healthcare Plan. The portion not covered by your Plan is due at the time of treatment. Please be aware of your Plan's deductible, office visit co-pay, or any out of pocket co-insurance amounts. You will be responsible for charges not covered by your Healthcare Plan.

Dakota Radiology offers extended payment plans to our patients for meeting their financial obligations. Our Patient Account Representatives will be happy to confidentially discuss whether this may be an option for you.
